It has long been a dream of mine to implement geo-fencing into the platform and I am delighted to say that today the technical team made it happen!
You can develop your own geo-fences and they will be available across your organisation.
As you switch on and off each geo-fence the dashboard will only show the specific vessels within it.
We have already added in the usual High-Risk area Geo-Fences in the Gulf of Guinea and Indian Ocean as well as the Norwegian Continental Shelf based on a specific client request.
You can export a list of vessels present in specific continental shelves to assist with historical tracking of vessel and crew positions.
This is our first effort and we are going to level it up as soon as we get some feedback from you guys on what you like and what you don't like. If you have any suggestions on how we can make this work better for you don't hesitate to let us know.
We release every week. Learn about new tech in maritime, and what we’ve built as soon as it’s live.
