It is hard to believe that we are almost half-way through 2021. In Singapore, we just went into a mini circuit breaker. Things have gotten better and at the same time, they have not changed.
Hrishi and I started working on optimising Crew Changes a year ago. It has been a rollercoaster of a journey. In that time we have seen some major developments to the platform.
We have integrated with companies that supply our customers like Amadeus and S5 to display their data on flights and where and when you can conduct crew changes, as well as integrating with maritime incumbents like ATPI.
Finally we integrated with BIMCO, to display their information within Greywing for BIMCO members. Here's what we have:
In January Greywing was invited to attend Y-Combinator, the start-up incubator in the world that has seeded companies like Dropbox, Airbnb and Coinbase to achieve breakout success. We had an extremely rewarding experience and raised 2 years worth of investment to hire a team and further build out the Greywing platform.
That investment is 20X the capital we invested in the company last year and every penny is going to be spent on getting to a higher resolution product for you, our users.
I am inspired by what our clients helped us achieve last year and I am excited to see what we can get done with 20X the funding in the next 2 years.
Thank you all for the support, feedback and encouragement you have given us along the way.
We release every week.
