Crew change requirements for port Sharjah
It will take 2-3 working days for seaman visa process once we receive the requested documents.
Documents required for seaman visa application as below.
Clear Color passport copy (min 6Mnths Validity).
Clear Color Seamen Book copy.
Digital Photograph. JPG
Mother & Father Name.
Religion.
Marital Status.
Residence Address with Tele No.
On Signers
The crew will stay at the hotel until negative result is received, then crew will be allowed to board the vessel.
We will arrange immigration formalities once negative PCR reports are available.
Off Singers
For off signer, we will apply for a seaman visa and we shall arrange a medical team to go onboard to take a swab and test result will be ready after 24 hrs.
Once the test result comes negative we will require travel ticket on the same day. Then we can arrange the immigration formalities and transport to airport or hotel accordingly.
