GENERAL

• Are there any restrictions on vessels whose previous port call was from COVID -19 high risk countries?
• All trade vessels will go through temperature check and screening by port health before boarding team will be allowed on board.
• Vessel will only be quarantined at anchorage for 14 days if master reports any illness on board and the health authorities will check for suspected cases.
• Are there any restrictions on crew who embarked from COVID -19 high risk countries or specific nationalities?
• Crew change permitted?
• Yes but subject to the following conditions.
• Angolan borders remain closed but some regular flights can still operate with sanitary controls at arrival/departure
• Negative PCR test mandatory <72 hrs prior entering Angola
• Negative PCR test mandatory <72 hrs prior exiting Angola
• Quarantine Min 7 days upon arrival in Angola
• Negative Blood test or PCR test + authorization from local health office to exit quarantine
• Quarantine can be done at personal residence if foreigner own a personal residence in Angola
• In case of positive covid test with no symptoms, self-isolation at home until showing a negative test + authorization from local health office to exit self-isolation

• Passengers must have a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated.
• This does not apply to passengers younger than 12 years.
• Passengers must have a negative COVID-19 rapid antigen or RT-PCR test taken at most 48 hours before departure from the first embarkation point. The test certificate must be in English, French or Portuguese.
