GENERAL

• Are there any restrictions on vessels whose previous port call was from COVID -19 high risk countries?
• Are there any restrictions on crew who embarked from COVID -19 high risk countries or specific nationalities?
• Crew change permitted?
• Yes, but subject to the following conditions.
• Crew members are allowed to enter Aruba without a visa and must go directly to the vessel on arrival
• Crew members arriving from travels originating from Venezuela, Brazil and South Africa are not allowed entry due to COVID19 protocols currently in place.
• On the flight to Aruba, all passengers must wear a mask
• Mandatory ED card to be filled in: www.edcardaruba.aw.
• Overnight stay is not permitted and crew must go from the airport to the seaport and vice versa.
• All travelers must be in good health (health declaration PCR); all Seafarers must take a COVID-19 test (PCR) before traveling and bring their test proof with them. Authorized PCR test applicable for Aruba is the nasal/oral specimen through PCR testing. Any other COVID-19 test (serological testing/antibody testing, antigen testing or any other blood test) is not accepted. Test must be taken 72 hours prior departure and uploaded in the ED system no later than 24 hours...

• Passengers must complete an "Embarkation/Disembarkation Card (ED Card)" before departure at http://www.edcardaruba.aw. They will receive a "Travel Authorization" which must be presented to the airline before boarding.
