GENERAL

• Are there any restrictions on vessels whose previous port call was from COVID -19 high risk countries?
• All vessels must submit prearrival documents minimum 72 hrs prior arrival to Djibouti waters.
• All crew onboard will be subject to Covid tests at anchorage prior issuing Free Pratique.
• Are there any restrictions on crew who embarked from COVID -19 high risk countries or specific nationalities?
• Crew Change permitted?
• Yes but subject to the following conditions.
• Vaccination against Covid-19 remains mandatory for all individuals, Djiboutian nationals and foreigners over 18 years of age, resident on the national territory and this in accordance with the national directives issued in this matter.
• Health control system at the borders. For arriving travelers, authorization to enter the national territory is subject to the following conditions
• All fully vaccinated passengers [taken vaccines approved by WHO] are exempt from PCR testing.
• Passenger must hand carry Vaccination certificate with QR code throughout the passage.
• Any traveler who is not or incompletely vaccinated will be required to present the results of a negative PCR test performed within 72 hours prior to departure. In case of absence of this one, he will benefit from a PCR test which will be carried...

• Passengers are subject to a COVID-19 PCR test upon arrival.
• This does not apply to
• passengers with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated;
• passengers with a negative COVID-19 RT-PCR test taken at most 72 hours before departure from the first embarkation point;
• passengers younger than 18 years.
