• Are there any restrictions on vessels whose previous port call was from COVID -19 high risk countries?
• The vessel must send the IAA format and Health Marine Declaration 5 days prior ETA, and then proceed to pier or anchor area.
• Are there any restrictions on crew who embarked from COVID -19 high risk countries or specific nationalities?
• No restrictions for crew but some nationalities may need the Ecuadorian visa. Please verify the visa list with our local agent.
• Crew change permitted?
• Yes, crew change is permitted but subject to the following conditions.
• For onsigners, the following docs must be submitted to local agent 7 days prior to ETA
• Passport copy
• PCR test with negative result
• Flight schedule
• For offsigners, the following documents are needed
• Passport copy
• PCR test with negative result
• the test would be performed on pier/Anchor area
• Flight schedule
• Shore leave permitted?
• Yes, but subject to the following conditions
• Only for crew members that do not need Ecuadorian visa and after COVID-19 test result is negative
• Any other restrictions due to COVID - 19?
• Services such as CTM, spare parts clearance, need to be requested at least 7-10 work days prior ETA/ETB
