GENERAL

• Are there any restrictions on vessels whose previous port call was from COVID -19 high risk countries?
• All trade vessels calling local ports will be requested to submit list of previous 10 port calls as well as crew list which specifies each sign on date and health maritime declaration.
• Vessels will be cleared at anchorage or alongside depending on loading / discharging methods, by health before receiving green light to proceed with usual inward clearance alongside.
• Vessels are subject to a 15 days quarantine period if they come from countries with confirmed cases which starts from date of departure of the port in question. However, this will be determined closer to ETA of the vessel
• Are there any restrictions on crew who embarked from COVID -19 high risk countries or specific nationalities?
• Crew change permitted?
• Yes, but subject to the following conditions.
• For on-signers
• Negative covid 19 test will be required to entry in Gabon valid less than 5 days before arrival in Gabon.
• On arrival at Libreville, one more covid 19 test will be required with crew stay at hotel waiting for test result before to travel from LBV to POG.
