• Any vessel with a crew showing signs and symptoms including
• Respiratory symptoms
• Fever
• Cough
• Short of breath (difficult breathing)
• should be reported in advance by the master of the vessel so as to make prior arrangement to board the vessel for screening at high seas before the vessel is allowed into the port.
• Are there any restrictions on crew who embarked from COVID -19 high risk countries or specific nationalities?
• Crew change permitted?
• Yes but subject to the following conditions.
• On top of the existing covid-19 containment measures, the following shall apply to all flights from India, and all pax originating from India from 1st may 2021, midnight until 15th may 2021.
• All pax flights between Kenya and India are suspended.
• No passengers from India shall be allowed into the country regardless of the route of travel.

• must have a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated at least 14 days before arrival; or
• must have a COVID-19 PCR test in English taken at most 72 hours before departure from the first embarkation point; or
• are subject to a COVID-19 rapid antigen test upon arrival.
• This does not apply to passengers younger than 12 years.
