Crew Joining & Attending Personnel
Agents need the Immigration form completely filled with the details of the Joining crew or Attending Personnel and revert with clear passport copies & Covid-19 vaccination certificate copy (with the QR Code) for processing of Entry visas.
We require 72 hrs notice (working days Sun to Thu) with the attached crew change form along with clear passport copies & Covid-19 Vaccination certificate (with a QR code) in order to arrange the Entry or Exit visas.
Below are the Covid-19 Vaccinations authorized and recognized by the Kuwait Government.
AstraZeneca Oxford (2 doses)
Pfizer-BioNTech (2 doses)
Moderna (2 doses)
Johnson & Johnson (1 dose)
Please note that if the Joining crew or Attending Personnel is vaccinated with 2x doses of Russian or any of the Chinese vaccines, then 1x dose of one of the above-mentioned Vaccinations must be taken as the 3rd dose.
PCR Test
PCR test must be conducted prior departing Home country and IF REQUESTED we shall arrange one after arriving in Kuwait. Pls note that the PCR test fee must be settled by the crew directly at the Lab.
