• Are there any restrictions on vessels whose previous port call was from COVID -19 high risk countries?
• Vessels will not be given clearance until 14 days after the date of its departure from the last port outside of Libya.
• Please take all necessary conditions to ascertain the existence of infected or suspected cases and inform the operations chamber in ministry of health of any case immediately.
• International Health Offices to inspect the ships and crew coming to the ports before arrival in the context of preventive measures
• Transport the assigned medical team with the pilot to the ship by the same boat or locomotive and wait until the results of the medical investigation of ship crew is completed in order to determine whether the pilots will board the ship or not.
• Are there any restrictions on crew who embarked from COVID -19 high risk countries or specific nationalities?

• Airports in Libya have been closed due to COVID-19

• Passengers must have a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated at least 14 days before arrival. Vaccines accepted are: AstraZeneca (SK Bioscience), AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), Covaxin, Covieshield, Covovax, Janssen, Moderna (Spikevax), Nuvaxovid (Novavax), Pfizer-BioNTech (Comirnaty), Sinopharm (BIBP) and Sinovac.
• This does not apply to passengers younger than 12 years.
• Passengers could be subject to a COVID-19 rapid antigen test upon arrival.
• Passengers could be subject to self-isolation for up to 10 days at their own expense.
