· It is very important to advice the joiner he must be documented as "Crew" and NOT as "Business visitor" or "Tourist" or "Transmigrant"; this documentation is done once he arrives at Mexico City airport before having his luggage. Otherwise the will be unable to join the vessel. Please instruct the on-signers to request the Mexican immigration format (FMM) for 180 days validity.
· Remember to have and to show to the immigration officer (on his arrival in Mexico) the following valid documents

·PCR test of each crewmember issued by any certified medical institution, no longer than 15 prior embarking date.
· Please provide us copy of passport, seaman book for the proper arrangements at port.
· Once we receive the documents and corresponding flight schedule, we will revert with Guarantee Letter (LOG) if needed. Kindly note in Mexico there is not "OKTB figure".
For the off-signers

·Please only send copies of passport and seaman book. And flight schedules when are available.
·If the crewmembers have booked flights through the USA, they will need a USA valid Visa.
