Port Restrictions

Following main points to take note and understand to avoid any issue arise later.

Please take note, LOG/OKTB for joining crew is only issued by Port Immigration once vessel safely berthed at terminal and done vessel inward clearance by charterer agent.
Vessel must be port stay approx. at least 48 hrs in order for sufficient time for smooth crew changes formalities clearance.
Port Authority working schedules as follows:-

Working day (Sun-Thu)from 0900 hrs to 1500 hrs only
In case of arrangement cannot meet the timeline, arrangement will be done on the next working day

Need to get vessel charterer permission in advance if the vessel requested to be shifted to the anchorage after complete operation if the crew change formalities clearance unable to done within Port Authority time frame.
Need to get vessel owner approval for the costing of anchorage charges, pilotage, launch boat for the movements of the crew to/from the anchorage and etc if crew changes need to carry out at anchorage.
Firm final vessel berth prospect only will know from Port Planning, normally 1 day before vessel arrival before can proceed for on signers ticket arrangement.
