Crew Signing On
Crew change is Possible if Vessel next Port is outside Saudi Arabia after Yanbu Port
Crew must travel with valid Seaman's Book along with a valid personal passport & certificate of competency
Transit visa will be obtained once vessel physically at Yanbu Waters either at berth alongside or at Anchorage.
Transit visa will be obtained at immigration counter upon arrival Jeddah with OK. to board letter with attendance of our meet & assist representative..
Transit Visas valid visa valid for 48 to 72 hours.
Therefore, we highly recommend joiners to arrive within a reasonable time in order to arrange all formalities and get crew to vessel within the allowed time frame.
Crew Signing Off
Crew must travel with a valid Seaman's Book along with a valid passport & certificate of competency
Flight details including E-Ticket number are required in order to finalize off signer/s procedures with Saudi Immigration.
Transit Visas are valid for 48 hours from time of endorsement. Hence, crew should depart out of Saudi Arabia within this time frame.
